Is it the most joyful or stressful time of year?

The latest Christmas Stress Index (CSI) results indicates that Australians are more stressed about the festive season this year.

Our third annual survey about stress levels at Christmas time reveal the CSI score has reached its highest level so far.

This year’s survey was hosted by MyOpinions who asked 32,061 Australians (on their research panel) whether they agree or disagree with a series of statements about Christmas. There was a change in all of these which contributed to a higher CSI score and we highlight the most prominent below.

So for many of us it appears that Christmas this year might not be so joyful.

To discuss the findings in more detail, please contact Paul Di Marzio from Di Marzio Research or Scott MacLean of Nulink Analytics.

We’d like to wish everyone a Merry Christmas and hope you enjoy the festive season (but aren’t too stressed about it).
